that is a war

As far as I understood, this operation shouldn't be hold! There is a period of silent time but there is a district in the south of Musa Qala, that caused a problem during few month! When I arrived, someone said me: "Do you see that hill? If you want to get RPG missile, just go there"! As a result, this operation was planned. The main feature is that there are few villages, one of which is a native village of the group of leaders of Taliban and they control the market.

According the contract which I sign before my mission with US army, I almost can't give exact figures! That's why I would say that whole power of US army went to fight. That's of course a joke but there were a lot of marines and armored vehicle! Everyone entrenched by the sunrise, occupied some yards and began waiting! Taliban doesn't fight during the night, just because they can't see. Americans have Night Vision! As usual Taliban prefer to attack during the sunrise or sunset. So we started to wait! The Marines were like a dogs before the hunting! Every one expected to see the savage massacre! But nothing didn't happen, just few of caches of weapon were blown up! There was really hot in the next village, and everyone just went away! I'll try to convey the feeling. Imagine that you arranged with your friend to conduct a competition of throwing a flat little stones on the surface of the lake. You spent lots of time preparing for the contest! You find the best stone, you even came to the coast of the lake earlier, but your friend was late! And now you a standing on the coast alone, shifting your stones from one hand to another! You desire of throwing the stones is indescribable, but your friend, as before hasn't come! The soldiers feels the same! During the war in Iraq they shoot in the dogs, but now they couldn't allowed themselves to do that because they were accompanied by the journalist! The gunner and snipers suffered the most! Whole day they have to take aim of someone, gunners froze themselves while lying on the ground and couldn't shoot! The hens and two turkey took the rap for this waiting! Their heads were torn off by the marines. The turkey was fried and eaten, after meal half of soldiers were disable. The most difficult rule at that war is that it's not so easy to shoot! The marines couldn't shoot first, even if they know that this is an enemy! They have to wait when someone will shoot to them. Out of rule is when enemy has a weapon and you can see it! If the weapon couldn't be seen or the enemy just doesn't have it, you can't shoot! The Taliban know this fact and always try to use it! The situation could be like this: the Taliban, hiding the RPG under his cloth, the local dresses could help you with it, and comes very close! Everyone know that he has the weapon but you can't see it, so it's seem that he don't have it! The enemy comes on the perfect distance, shoot and run away into the nearest home and go out through the other exit without a weapon and in different clothes! If anyone couldn't recognize him so they count shoot! There is a war! And there are a lot of subtle difference!
